We are seeking a skilled AI Consultant to design, develop, and implement intelligent solutions that help clients optimise business processes, unlock insights, and accelerate digital transformation.
Job Overview
This role is essential in establishing AI-driven capabilities within RootStack’s consultancy framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating AI/ML solutions into enterprise systems, driving automation, and enabling data-driven decision-making for our clients.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI and ML models to enhance ERP transformation and digital consultancy projects.

Collaborate with SAP and ERP consultants to integrate AI-driven solutions (e.g., predictive analytics, process automation, anomaly detection) into enterprise workflows.

Research, prototype, and evaluate cutting-edge AI technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.

Work with clients to assess business challenges and propose AI-powered solutions aligned with strategic goals.

Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of deployed AI solutions within enterprise environments.

Develop clear documentation, best practices, and training materials for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Continuously monitor model performance, retrain as necessary, and ensure compliance with ethical AI standards.

Support RootStack’s thought leadership by contributing to whitepapers, case studies, and client presentations showcasing AI capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in designing and deploying AI/ML solutions within enterprise or consultancy settings.

Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java, with hands-on experience using ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

Solid understanding of data engineering, feature engineering, and model lifecycle management (MLOps).

Experience with ERP systems (SAP desirable) and applying AI to business domains such as supply chain, finance, or HR.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable AI/ML deployment.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.

Strong communication and presentation skills for client-facing engagements.
Desirable Qualifications

Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.

Professional experience integrating AI within SAP or ERP transformation projects.

Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, or generative AI.

Experience with MLOps pipelines, CI/CD, and model governance in enterprise environments.
